Matt Hickey - CEO
Founder of the Cancer Recovery Programme (Cromwell Hospital, London- 2003) and Cancer Recovery Specialists Limited in 2004 (re-named Intacare International Limited in 2007). Qualified in Pre-hospital Emergency Care, Medical Radiation Therapy and Sports Medicine. A broad range of experience in medical technologies with international experience in the clinical management of cancer, CHD/CVD. 9-years experience in the health sciences and hospital medical services. |

Roger Miles (FCCA). Chief Financial Officer
Roger has been involved in the finance and accounting sector since 1970 in a variety of roles and industries notably: Board Group Finance Director - Perma Industries Ltd (a highly leveraged group) and Michelsons Ltd where he was responsible for merger and acquisitions, Finance Director / Company Secretary - Michelsons Ltd a subsidiary of Lord Chelsea’s Cadogan Oakley Group, Finance Director/Company Secretary for Lord Sainsbury’s Martello Textile Company and Finance and Administration Director of Bel UK Ltd a subsidiary of Fromagerie Bel SA – a FMCG company. These positions involved financial control and accounting responsibilities for turnover of between £10m - £100m annually and merger and acquisition responsibilities of up to £60m. Roger was also an associate member of Beer & Partners Ltd (Venture Capitalists), and is now Company Director and Owner of RBM (Holdings) Ltd and is currently responsible for Intacare’s accountancy and financial management. |

Liza Scowen – Customer Services and Administrations Manager
Liza started her career as a senior cabin crew member for British Airways ‘Go Fly Limited’. In 2000 Liza joined Holmes Place Health Club as a Manager and Business Development Coordinator for Clapham and Kensington’s clubs. In 2002 Liza started at the Bupa Cromwell Hospital as Senior Administrations Manager – Oncology. Here she was responsible for the Oncology Administrations Sector department operation plan, budget, income generation, finance and accounts. In 2005 Liza joined the Guildford Borough Council as Senior Administration and Operations Manager for the Recycling and Cleansing Department and was responsible for establishing the call-centre and automated systems and MapInfo GPRS mapping and ROCC systems for over 55,000 homes and businesses in the borough. She was also responsible for establishing and maintaining all ISO-9000 audit and Charter Mark accreditations. Liza brings to Intacare a rare blend of exemplary customer service skills, data analytical systems and business infrastructure skills. |

Professor Sara Faithful – Specialist Research Adviser
Sara is a Professor of Cancer Nursing Practice, Division of Health and Social Care at the University of Surrey (UK), Sara is also Past President of the European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) and Board Member of ECCO – the European CanCer Organisation.
Sara has a particular interest in qualitative and quantitative research associated with palliative cancer care and survivorship as well as nursing interventions, health evaluations, the development of an evidence base for supporting cancer patients in the transition through cancer therapies and follow-up.
For Intacare, Sara was responsible for the coordination and the assimilation of the academic evidence and recommendations behind the development of Intacare’s Survivorship model and all associated follow-up and review processes for Intacare’s pilot sites. |

Chris Adams - Commercial advisor
Chris started his career at Ernst & Young and then spent 12 years at BUPA in various positions including finance, commissioning, marketing and new business development. In 2007 he joined the international division of Hospital Corporation of America as Commercial Director and was accountable for pricing, sales, marketing and business development. In 2009 Chris founded Garland Advisory, a group of senior healthcare executives all with Board level experience, who provide consulting services and interim management. |
